FISCAL OFFICER DUTIES

Fiscal Officer duties include the management of all financial records, accounts and transactions as well as paying all bills, issuing checks and payroll.  The Fiscal Officer is an independently elected public official with separate duties from the Trustees.  The Fiscal Officer is elected to a four-year term starting on April 1st following the November election.

 
Fiscal Officer:

Patricia Glessner was elected as the Fiscal Officer for Milton Township and took over those duties on April 1, 2016.  Patricia has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has previous experience in government accounting.  She also volunteers as an Advanced EMT and Firefighter with the Sterling Fire District.  Married to Dick Glessner, Patty has been a resident of Milton Township for over 30 years.
